We are a Licensed Wedding Venue catering for up to 200 guests,  we compile a “Preferred Suppliers” list of venders exhibiting at our Fairs.  Exhibiting at the Fair will give you the opportunity to showcase your particular product or service, and to meet couples who are planning their wedding.

Exhibitor Package

Each stand will consist of a 6ft table and 2 chairs. A database of Brides/Grooms attending the show
Power is available but must be specified at the time of booking.
As we limit the number of suppliers in each category,  spaces are booked on a “first come first served” basis, so as not to overload the couple with choice, and ensure intimacy.

To ensure maximum visitor attendance:
The event will be heavily advertised in numerous regional newspapers, including “Surrey Mirror”.
 Advert in” Your Surrey Wedding”  Magazine, Roadside Banner, Adverts on various websites, inc
 “Guides for Brides”      5,000 leaflets distributed,  Advert on Facebook.

Price per stand  £120 inc VAT. Secure your place and book early.                          
If you are unable to attend, you can take part in our “Goody Bags” for all attendees in which to advertise  your company,         the cost of this is £35.00 inc VAT.
